Important Notices: Students may either apply online through this portal, or else at the German-Maltese Circle's Office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9:00am to 1:00pm. You may also apply at the GMC's Office on Saturday, 26th September 2026 between 9.30am and 1.00pm
